To provide students from all backgrounds of life an opportunity for high quality academic, vocational and technical education in order to prepare them to be globally competitive.
The Diploma in Information Technology under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA) stands as a remarkable initiative aimed at empowering students through accessible, high-quality education in the fast-evolving field of information technology.
This comprehensive 3-year course offers scholars a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, preparing them to thrive in various IT industries. What sets this program apart is its full scholarship coverage eliminating tuition fees and other hidden costs making quality education truly attainable.
Scholars are also granted an allowance of up to ₱29,200.00 every two semesters, easing financial burdens and allowing them to focus fully on their studies. Throughout the course, students have the opportunity to earn an impressive array of 13 National Certificates (from Level II to Level III).
In addition to academic training, the program provides free workshop uniforms, instructional materials, and training support funds, ensuring that students are well-equipped for hands-on learning experiences. This scholarship program not only nurtures technical expertise but also fosters industry-ready professionals capable of contributing meaningfully to the digital economy.
El Royale HTC has steadily grown into a respected educational institution committed to transforming lives through technical and vocational education. Established on April 23, 2012, El Royale began its journey as a Private Technical Vocational Educational Institution, officially recognized by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). From the very beginning, the institution operated with a Certificate of Training Program Registration, ensuring that its courses met national standards for quality and skills-based education, particularly to less privileged members of society.
The founding vision of El Royale was clear and purposeful: to provide accessible, rights-based education, particularly to less privileged members of society. By offering proper training aligned with TESDA standards, El Royale aims to equip students not only with technical knowledge and practical skills, but also with the right attitude and work values necessary to become productive and responsible citizens.
Over the years, El Royale strengthened its commitment to excellence by continuously improving its training programs, facilities, and faculty. The institution prides itself on having complete facilities that support hands-on learning and real-world application of skills. In addition, it is guided by competent and accredited facilitators who bring both expertise and dedication into the classroom. These educators play a vital role in shaping students into confident and capable professionals ready to meet industry demands.
A major milestone in the institution's history came in 2023. In its pursuit of academic expansion and broader opportunities for students, El Royale partnered with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Through this partnership, the school officially launched a three-year Diploma in Information Technology program, marking a significant step forward in its growth and development. This expansion reflects the institution's adaptability to the evolving demands of the digital age and its commitment to providing programs that are relevant in today's technology-driven world.
